"AND THE WINNER IS..."DC Film Society's 16th Annual Party Sunday, February 24, 2008 Cheer for the stars at the DC Film Society's 16th Annual Party to watch the Oscars: "AND THE WINNER IS..." Bring your family and friends (over age 21) to our 16th Annual Party FUN-raiser, "AND THE WINNER IS..." Local film critics Joe Barber and Bill Henry will again be our hosts to watch the 80th Academy Awards broadcast LIVE ON THE BIG SCREEN. Doors open at 6:30pm with the fun starting at 7:00pm (Oscar red carpet pre-show) and the Academy Awards show at 8pm. Proceeds support the DC Film Society and our parent organization, the Washington DC International Film Festival (FILMFEST DC).
